We offer a considered and professional house and pet sitting service in London and the UK. As a fully insured and DBS checked business, you have peace of mind that your pets are in first-rate company, happy and cared for at all times, and your home is safe and secure while you're away.
We know that your pet is family, so we mean it when we say it - we'll treat them just like our very own. From walking your dog or cuddling your cat, to feeding the chickens or checking in on the fish, nothing is too much trouble for us. Your pets won't even notice you've gone away!

Firstly, thanks for considering Fetch! Please contact us via the form below giving as much information about your home and beloved pets as possible, as well as the dates required.
We'll be in contact shortly to organise a convenient time to meet you and your pet either in person (in line with COVID protocol) or over Zoom/Skype. We understand you're busy so we're very flexible and can pop over/call during the day, in the evening or over the weekend.
Following our conversation we will send you our new client form and T&C's for you to complete and sign. Once received back we ask for a 50% deposit of the total stay to secure your dates paid via bank transfer. This is then deducted from the final payment.

We arrive on the agreed date and time, and if you're present we can discuss any last minute information or requests. Throughout our stay we update you on your furry/scaly/feathered friends as frequently as you like. We're contactable 24/7 and only ever a phone call away!
For the final invoice amount we happily accept either a bank transfer or cash. You have 3 days from the last day of the booking to pay the outstanding balance. We can send you the invoice earlier should you wish to settle the amount before arriving home.

Are you DBS checked?
Absolutely! We both have a clean DBS record and can show you the documentation on request.
What insurance do you have?
Are you first aid qualified?
Yes, we are animal first aid trained and CPR qualified through First Aid for Life - Valid until 2022.
What happens in an emergency?
We are fully covered by Petplan Sanctuary - the recommended insurer for pet service businesses.
Our comprehensive form covers emergency, maintenance and vet contacts. Rest assured we will deal with any issues that arise quickly and professionally, and let you and/or your emergency contact know as soon as possible.
What happens if my animal falls ill?
In an emergency situation we would always contact you immediately, or your emergency contact if you're unavailable. If no one is reachable we would contact the nominated veterinary surgeon and make a decision based on professional advice which is in the best interests of the animal.
How often do you update me on my pets/home?
We update you as often as you like! We love sending photos of your pet/animals enjoying playtime. However, we also appreciate you might be taking a digital detox, and only want to be contacted in an emergency.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
There may be charges if you cancel within a specific time period. For a full summary of the cancellation policy please see our T&Cs. This is very important!
What happens if my return date/time is delayed?
Please try to inform us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to stay longer and accommodate your change of plans. Please note that extra charges may be incurred.
How do I pay for my services?
To secure your booking we ask please for a 50% deposit which can be paid via bank transfer. The final invoice amount can be paid via bank transfer or cash minus the initial deposit. What areas do you cover?
We cover London and surrounding areas. We are open to travelling around the UK and Europe so please contact us for a chat.
Do you have a minimum/maximum length of stay or restrictions?
We have a minimum 7 night stay but no maximum. We also only care for doggos that are at least one year old and not in season please.
