We offer considered and professional dog walking and pet services in Stoke Newington and the surrounding Hackney area. As a fully insured and DBS checked business, you have peace of mind that your pets are in first-rate company – safe, happy and cared-for at all times.

 

We know that your pet is family, so the necessary reassurances are available from the first moment we meet. We intend to forge a positive, ongoing relationship with you and your furry loved ones.

Firstly, thanks for considering Fetch! Please contact us via the form below giving as much information about your beloved pup as possible, and the services you're interested in.

We'll be in contact shortly to organise a convenient time to meet you and your pet. We understand you're busy so we're very flexible and can pop over during the day, in the evening or over the weekend.

We meet you and your pets to ensure we're a good fit for future walks. We discuss your pet's needs, their behaviour and social experience, and the logistics of the services you require. We want to forge a strong relationship ensuring we provide all the love and attention your furry friend deserves!

We will create an account on your behalf through Time to Pet, our fully integrated booking software. You can activate your account via the member login button on our website. Once signed in you can book, manage and pay for your services either via the website or by downloading the linked app. 

5.

It's Fetch time! We continue to stay in contact while on walks. Our app has GPS capabilities so you can track your dog's walk at the end of a service. We will also stay in touch via the in app messaging function, keeping you up to date with your pup's adventures in the park!

Invoices are always current versions showing all booked services for a month long period. They are viewable on the website or app and we encourage you to pay throughout the month via bank transfer. Nice and easy! We suggest you book your services at least one week in advance to ensure you don't miss out!

Our business thrives because of you and your pet so we'd love to hear any feedback you may have. We are always working to improve so please let us know!

FAQs

How many dogs do you walk?

As per the current legal requirement we walk up to four dogs per walker at any one time. 

Are you first aid qualified?

Yes, we are animal first aid trained and CPR qualified through First Aid for Life - Valid until 2022.

What insurance do you have?

Can I track my dogs walks?

We are fully covered by Petplan Sanctuary - the recommended insurer for pet service businesses. 

Clissold Park, Abney Cemetery, Butterfield Green and Hackney Downs are the main green spaces we operate in. 

Our fully integrated app has GPS tracking. You can view your dogs walk after a service has been completed. 

How do I pay for my services?

Am I bound to a contract?

No, but depending on the service/s you book there may be charges if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. 

Are you DBS checked?

Absolutely! We can show you the documentation on request.
